3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at okgas21. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Mandatory information includes:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active, accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth
• A strong, unique password for your okgas21 account

Okgas21 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This verification process may require you to submit a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, or a recent bank statement.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Game Rules

General gameplay terms:

• All games on okgas21 use a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness and impartiality.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 48 hours after the game has taken place.
• Okgas21 is not responsible for any technical disruptions beyond our control, including connectivity issues on the player's end.
• In the event of a game interruption caused by an okgas21 system failure, all affected bets will be fully refunded to the player's account.

For Live Casino games, players are expected to treat dealers with respect and to refrain from using offensive language or disrupting the flow of the game. okgas21 reserves the right to remove players from any live table on the grounds of misconduct.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are is strictly prohibited on the okgas21 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account under another person's identity.
• Money laundering: Using the okgas21 platform to transfer, conceal, or "clean" funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, data mining software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain unauthorised advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using other means to claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards staff or other players.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Okgas21 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of every member. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which is separate and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Okgas21 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reporting or discovering fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 months consecutive.
• Upon the member's own request via the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

If an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you upon completion of the required verification process. This process may take between 3 to 14 business days depending on the circumstances.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, okgas21 is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Data loss or damage resulting from cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Betting outcomes that a player is dissatisfied with but have been correctly processed by the system.
• Losses arising from account credentials that have been shared or inadequately protected by the player.

Okgas21's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Okgas21 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action.

Your continued use of the okgas21 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they take effect.
